First stay here! Rooms were very spacious -loved the corner love seat - very efficient use of room space. Bathroom was very spacious - would suggest adding some hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels (hard to recycle them if they have no where to hang and dry) - also no where to hang swimsuits, etc. Fridge was small - but worked. Lobby was very welcoming and spacious - loved it! Business area was very nice as well. Fitness Center was larger than most hotels and clean. Pool area was spacious and nice for kids! We had a slight room mix up so we were given a voucher to use at the onsite restaurant the "Bistro" food was very good - a bit pricey but tasty. Fries that came with our Reuben sandwich (really good) were a bit overdone. Tried the Black Cherry Old Fashion - but couldn't really taste any whiskey in it - people were raving about it (hotel employees) but it was not in the top 5 I have every had. Overall very nice stay. A complimentary breakfast would have been nice - there is space to do so. Also very nice that the Middleton trolley stops for free shuttle service to nearby locations - wish it would have started prior to 3pm on Saturday.

X Staff was kind and helpfull

X my room was big and clean
They dont have breakfast buffee - So you cannot have room with breakfast. There is a Restaurant next to lobby, where from you can order breakfast, single dishes.

We stayed here on a Friday night prior to a Badger football game. The hotel was full as most in the area usually are. Unlike most hotels this was amazingly quiet. No noise from traffic or other guests. Beds are comfortable with clean up to date rooms.

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and wasn't too happy with the overall service. I'm pretty easy when it comes to hotel service, and often choose points over cleaning service, so I'm not talking about cleanliness, but the customer service.
There is a small bar in the lobby of the hotel that offers breakfast and light bites at night. So I expected to get proper silverware and plates when I requested them to eat the food I'd ordered in. I was given the cheap plasticware that cannot pierce a steak without breaking. The plates were also those very cheap off-white types that you need about 3 to keep your food from wetting whatever it rests on.
They also do not have complimentary breakfast like most courtyards do. I hear the Residence Inn down the road offers complimentary, and is also better situated next to restaurants and shopping, so you may want to try it.
I liked my room size and LOVED the bathroom; particularly the shower. It was large, ceiling to wall, and had a sitting granite finish. Wish I took pictures to show how nice it was.
The dining options are very limited to PF Changs and Ruth's Steakhouse, if you don't count places like Taco Bell as an option. There's also a bar and grill, but it only serves burgers. So I walked about 20 mins over the railway line to eat at the strip mall near the Residence Inn and Fairfield.
The staff were courteous otherwise and knowledgeable about the area. I had no complaints about them. Really the main issue remains what's offered to guests by hotel management. Invest in decent plates and cutlery.

Very clean hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, very quiet area. Would stay here again anytime. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. Staff were consistently friendly, helpful and willing to do anything to make our stay exactly the way we wanted it.
