My son and I stayed at this location on a Saturday night. It was very pleasant especially for there being so many children staying at the hotel. I was impressed mostly with the front desk agents as they were genuine in their courteousness.

I enjoyed my overall experience with this hotel. The young lady that checked me in was very kind and accommodating to my preferences. The room was clean and had all the amenities necessary, including a refrigerator and microwave. The one and only issue I had was dealing with the young lady at the hotel restaurant. She was very rude when I asked her questions about the menu and the variety of beers served.

Great experience! I went with a few friends for a couple days and the rooms were clean and set up nicely. All the hotel staff we ran into were more than accomodating and extremely friendly. The front desk girls are a blast, Gracie and Rebecka I believe. We will be back.

The rooms at the courtyard have recently been redone, and they are quite nice. The furniture is comfortable and updated. I really like that each upper room has a balcony. The staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently located.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, but that is where the positives end. The rooms are not very well kept. We had a suite and the first one we checked into smelled like urine so we got moved to another room. This room also smelled and the air conditioner leaked so the bedroom floor was all wet by the window. The pool is half the size of a normal hotel pool and was crowded with 5 kids so we didn't use the pool. The food in the hotel was expensive and they were out of ingredients so we couldn't order what we wanted. I would not recommend nor would I stay there again if I went back to Brown Dear.
