Different Courtyard experience
Richard_Hengon 29/09/2017 00:39It may not be fair to compare this hotel to Courtyard in HK & China, however, since they are carrying the same brand, comparing is inevitable
Every customer is the same to them, unlike in HK & China Courtyard, they make you feel different even you are only a Silver member
Service of the staff are generally friendly and good. however, those working at the breakfast seems very afraid that we will forget to give them tips
Room is pretty comfortable, however, the aircon is quite noisy
Gym is small, only have 2 few machines, on the weekday morning, do go early (before 6am)
Located near to airport, good for business and lots of eatary & restaurant nearby
They do not honour platinum elite benefits
ChuyGonzoon 10/09/2017 07:36As a platinum elite member one of the perks is that you get either points or a market item every time you visit a Marriott property.
Just checked in and the front desk clerk (young man with black plastic glasses weekend nightshift) did not honour this benefit. Brought this up to him and he insisted we do not have this benefit.
Hopefully management congratulates him for saving them one bottle of water in exchange of losing an elite customer.
Near airport, typical business hotel
Anne-Christineon 28/08/2017 20:21Very close to the airport, this hotel is typically a business hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Room is spacious and made according to american style! Good for business but will not book there for holidays. Los Frenos restaurant just next door is very good!
Very American Hotel
James Hon 26/06/2017 21:49This is about as American a hotel you will find in Mexico. Stayed here for two nights while doing business in Monterrey and before flying out of the Monterrey airport. Very convenient to food and the airport (5 minutes by shuttle). The rooms were nice. The hotel was nice with lots of amenities. My stay was pleasant.
Good location near airport...

The rooms are spacious but kind of spartan atmosphere.
Bed is good, could be better.
Has shuttle to and from the airport previous reservation every
30 minutes.
The food is ok, but just ok.
