It’s a simple clean hotel which is simply to expensive. In case you like the standard of the chain you pay the extra money. Doesn’t offer any local flair. It fits the standard and it’s clean. In case you need to do business in Colombes it’s an option.

Liked this hotel very much. Located on a busy street in Colombes where the tram runs. The rooms were large by European standards and clean. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Had dinner here our first night. It was very good. Breakfast was good too although a bit expensive. One night was noisy due to a large group that came late and left early and were loud. Second night was very quiet.

My family stayed here we had a wounderful time. The staff was excellent front desk very helpful. Romain was excellent at directions and advice. The restaurant staff so helpful and great service. My how family loved, loved stay there two adults and two children.
Take the family room option if you can. It gives a great amount of space.
Our stay included breakfast, which was just heavenly, full breakfast choice: eggs, bacon, sasuage, pancakes, fresh fruit, cheese, cereal, sliced meats, bake goods, fresh bread, café, tea, juices and multivitamin drink.
My children after a long day seeing sights choose the dinners at hotel.
Nearby grocery store both in walking distance, exit to right small cute one meets all your needs. Exit to left hotel and walk about 7 bloacks cross the street you'll find a mall with grocery store inside.
Easy access to metro system hop on T2 Tram next exit at La Denfense to M1 metro and from there you can ride to one of famous sights in France. Metro was great and has translators, security and police. All are helpful.
Metro is cheap and can purchase pass in M1 station and it is reasonable for a week we paid $15.00 Euro's for each person. This gives privileges to ride, Bus, Tram, Tube / Metro, the FRANCE's Train system. We took metro then train to Disney made it there in half hour.
You will need to take a picture to add to your pass, pass can be used again to reload.
Paris is a major city, it has so of the same issues a city has. Pick pocketing, is one of them just remember not carry all money and credit cards in wallet placed in back pocket.
Keep Separate your money and credit cards.

Though the name "Marriott" had promised a lot - eventually it wasn't that exciting at "Courtyard Marriott Colombes" close to Paris. Hotel is just about average w.r.t. almost all parameters.
Location:
From CDG Airport (Charles de Gaulle) - it is roughly 40-50 minutes drive - depending on traffic. In fact, you may actually face plenty of traffic especially around A86. And be aware as your cab fare may reach up to EURO 100 as well (i.e. almost twice the regular fare).
The Hotel is on Boulevard Charles de Gaulle - but unfortunately this place isn't a good to stroll around. You do have a LIght Rail station (T2) - "Victor Basch" - within walking distance. And Eiffel Tower roughly at 10 KMs. But unless you are really sold on French Cuisines (as offered by the Hotel) - you will have a hard time finding alternatives.
Hotel Amenities:
- It comes with standard amenities as one may expect from any standard hotel
- The big miss was the "room service". It is almost not there. I did get room orders - but with quite a bit of struggle (mainly due to language & the absence of any food menu in rooms)
- Instead of "Room Service", Hotel had placed a "Market" at the lobby - for residents to pick up quick bite e.g. sandwich, noodles, pasta etc. This may or may not be convenient for all.
- The mini fridge in the room is kept empty & encourages you to fill it by picking items from the "Market"
- Breakfast lacked varieties & just the same items every day, made it even more bland
- BTW - there was a nice big LED TV in the room (though mostly French)
Given a choice, for the price it charges - it wasn't value for money, rather quite frustrating.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights as part of my recent rip to Paris.
The hotel is well connected to La Defense (a business district) with frequent tram services (about 8 mins to reach La Defense). From La Defense, the City Centre is another 11 mins away. All in all, its a relatively comfortable distance away. The neighbourhood is not that great (you will struggle to find food after 2230 in the area) but if you are going to be in the City Centre anyways, you should be all right. While the rooms have a view of the tram moving, the sound insulation is quite good and you do get a very peaceful sleep.
The rooms were clean and spacious with several charging points - always a plus. The staff was very responsive - they made the check-in process seamless and managed to answer queries very quickly. All members of the staff that I interacted with (4-5 people over 3 days) were very professional, helpful and multi-lingual. They also helped me book tickets to the Louvre, all the while taking a keen interest in my itinerary and making sure that I had a good stay. On the night of the check-in, the staff also offered a free drink to help calm down this weary traveller!
If you are going to work in La Defense, I strongly recommend this property. If you want to visit the City while having the advantages of good connectivity at a decent price, I will still recommend this property. Paris has a variety of accommodations that can be surprising to travellers - the Marriott brand ensures that all basic standards are well met so that people can have a comfortable, relaxing stay.
