We booked two rooms for our group of four about a month out from our stay. At the time we tried to get adjoining rooms and even called the hotel directly; we were told they could not do that but to check in a day or so before the visit. So we called again a couple of days before the visit, and again were told they could not do that but we could get rooms directly across from each other. When we checked in, the desk agent was okay but not overly friendly. Again we asked about adjoining rooms and she said none were available, so we asked about rooms directly across from each other. She said she could do that... but when we got to our rooms they were several doors down from each other. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The rooms look old and with the exception of the lobby, the hotel looks in dire need of a substantial upgrade. No refrigerator in the room. Very little vanity space for two people. We have stayed at several Marriotts this summer and this is the first disappointment. Usually the people have been exceptional and the rooms very comfortable. I will say the room was clean, but when we vacation again I will look for another hotel.

Our group of five stayed in a King bed suite using the pull out couch and a roll-away to accommodate everyone. Room was generously sized with plenty of mirrors, a fridge and microwave, two TVs and free Wifi. The toilet/shower is separate from the sink area which is good for multiple people dressing. What came as a pleasant surprise in the area. A drug store and grocery store are close by. We enjoyed walking along nearby Crescent Drive with lighted trees, many restaurants, shops and a classic looking movie theater. The hotel is near the freeway for easy access but it wasn't noisy.

Stayed here for 4 nights for work trip. Property is the older style CY that has been updated. Unfortunately, some of the updates either haven't taken or just been ignored. For a 4 story hotel, the elevators are SLOW!!! They also broke down during our stay. (we were on the 4th floor)
One of the few CY's that I've stayed at the internet was slow and unreliable.
Room was clean and there was no mini fridge in the room. You have to request it. Note that on the hotel site they say there are.
There was a charge on my room for a meal that I didn't have. The front desk reviewed and took it off, but how did that happen? Shouldn't they check the name against the room when the person bills it?
The reason this is not getting POOR is the staff. Very friendly and helpful the entire stay.

Started off on a bad vibe. Front desk check in was poor. Felt like I was an inconvenience to them. No refrigerator in room. Food at Bistro was hit or miss. Some tasting like microwave dinners. Small gym. Only bright spot was Jessa and Karen(I think was her name). They were always friendly and gave good service at the Bistro.

This is a cozy plave to stay. I have had multiple stays here and the parking just is not good. Also had issues with elevators and had to use the stairs. They have food but its all microaved and not so tasty. Staff is super friendly and attentive.
