We like the buffet, service there was nice. Rooms are comfy, bathrooms are ok but towels are old, One elevator was out of order so it was a delay to go up to your room.

Close to the center of the city, easy to get in/out if driving (valet parking). Currently undergoing some refurbishment
Standards slipping?
Mbp1957on 08/04/2017 18:40I've rated this hotel highly in the past but this time it felt like the property was not as well maintained. As well as one of only two elevators being out of commission for the duration of my stay the place generally was looking in need of tlc. Had a bad service experience at breakfast on one day which is unusual as most staff here are friendly and service oriented. Sad to say, but I'm not sure I will use this for my next visit.
Great home base for a visit to Puebla and area.
Darlene Hon 04/04/2017 05:16We stayed 5 days in February. It was convenient for our friends to pick us up from the hotel and tour us to the many attractions in the area. I would recommend a car for this location as it is quite a distance from the city centre. This was a good location as we were near our friends home, and there was shopping and restaurants that we could walk to. There is a very nice restaurant, the pool was warm and inviting, and the front desk very helpful. Our one bedroom suite was roomy and had lots of amenities. Our compliments to the housekeeping department and management of this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
Needs training ASAP
rakelsofiaon 11/02/2017 06:11My reservation was paid for two nights with Marriott points. My assistance called to inform the hotel that my flight was delayed, And I will be at the hotel 6 o 8 am. I arrived at 8:30 am. My room was sold. No idea how they check the inventory but my room was paid for two nights and I stayed ONE night. I have to wait 35 minutes to get my room due housekeeping was cleaning the first guest left that morning. Very bad experience at that courtyard. Also the key pack of the room key, the clerk erase the number in front of me and wrote my room number. The key pack was used maybe 10 times. Very damage and dirty. I took it with me and I show to my boss. When went to Puebla and cholula for tourism work.
