This is our go to hotel when we are in town visiting family. It is an easy 15 minute drive to the San Jose airport. There is free valet service, so parking is not an issue. Rooms are large, and house keeping is good.
We really appreciate the staff. After driving back from San Francisco on a warm day, I went to the snack area to purchase a Pellegrino. No sparkling water. Mentioned this to the desk staff, and she said “Just a minute.” Returned from the Bistro with one in her hand.
Good place to stay!

We had two rooms on the 6th floor. One with a king bed and one with 2 queen beds. Both were comfortable and large. The parking was no issue because there was a valet. The bathroom needed more amenities.

Decent hotel location, fairly clean, charges $300 a night but does not do housekeeping every day until you get on their case every evening when you come back in the evening and see that the room is not done.
And this is not one day, it is a daily occurrence

Stayed here a couple of nights for work.
Pros -
1) Location is pretty decent - about a 10-15min walk away from shops and restaurants.
2) Rooms are basic but huge and relatively comfortable.
3) Service is friendly
Cons -
1) Parking space is very limited at the moment because of the renovations going on. I believe this issue will be solved once the new carpark is ready.
2) No safe in the room. Not a necessity but would be really nice to have.

Always friendly and welcoming when you walk in the door. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The one and only little thing is parking. A lot of construction going on. I'm sure once it's finished it will be perfect!
