Great Hotel
tuckers0wneron 07/11/2017 01:38Stayed here for a conference. The hotel looks like it had been recently renovated. The lobby is chic and modern. It does have a small grocery store and bar which sells hot food. The rooms are a nice size. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is an indoor pool and workout room. It also has a business center in the lobby. The only drawbacks are staying on the bottom floor, you get to hear the walking of the guests above you and the towels feel like SANDPAPER
A Professional Type of Cozy
Laura Won 25/10/2017 17:49I am a writer whose fictional religious thriller series debuts nationwide in mid-December this year, and my agent, Chuck, has been flying in from New York City every other weekend to wrap up loose ends with my platform and marketing plans. He has been picking up the tab for us to stay at Courtyard, and the cost of the rooms was well worth it.
They looked luxurious to me, and I don't impress easily. Spacious, comfortable rooms made it easy to set into the mood of taking care of business before pleasure enough to relax. Relaxing is not my nor his forte, especially since we are both fast-paced, highly-productive people. Courtyard's location is convenient and strategically placed with very little noise in the surrounding area, and both of us found it easy to just "fall into" the atmosphere and ambiance of the room and the hotel, in general. We were there for an entire weekend, and the two of us accomplished what we needed to just 25% of the way into the weekend. I love this place!
Better than expected
Joyce Oon 03/10/2017 00:22Sort of a weird location, kind of attached to the parking lot for Target and Walmart. Surprisingly nice inside - clean and modern. Room on the 3rd floor was clean and decently sized, bathroom was nice. Quiet if you are on the parking lot side (not sure about the side facing the street) and didn’t hear neighbors much. I would stay here again without hesitation.
Nice Hotel
Fred Bon 13/09/2017 07:07Stay at the hotel on our way to northern Michigan. Checked in late and the front desk person was very nice. Lobby and hotel in general was very clean. Hotel is in a safe area not to far from the interstate. The room was large and clean and the noise level was low. I would stay here again.
Perfect stay, great location, great value!
Tony Von 18/08/2017 19:56Booked 2 rooms via Marriott website and we traveled to/from Michigan to Kansas. Springfield was mid way point and the Courtyard Springfield did not disappoint. Rooms were across from each other both times. They were clean, beds were comfortable and updated. Staff in lobby was friendly and top notch, very pleasant, this will be our stop for each trip. Plenty of places within 1 miles for breakfast, lunch or dinner, even a Target a few hundred yards away.
