In every way I think the courtyard is the best ,the staff ,the rooms ,the pool an Jacuzzi and even the after hour fireplace area.the beds are the best I've ever slept on in a hotel always clean an fresh ,very secure place ,only draw back is you can't smoke off your balcony but oh well

We stayed here the night before our Disney cruise. The hotel is in a great location and is exceptionally clean with updated rooms. We enjoyed the pool and our balcony. The beach is a short walk away and is nice. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when in the area.

Very comfortable and excellent location. Very friendly front desk staff upon check in. Convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Restaurant and lounge open late. Close to beach. Clean rooms with mini refrigerator and microwave.

We live about 45 minutes away and love going to Cocoa Beach. This property is well cared for and staff very professional. The actual hotel is not "really" on the beach. It requires a decent hike but you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach (private vendor). We found the hotel to be relaxing and comfortable.

In town for a business meeting, and this hotel has both a good location as well as reasonable access to the beach. While not on the beach, the hotel parking lot has a direct access walkway that is a very short walk. The room had the typical wear and tear found in Cocoa Beach hotels, but was very clean and had good accommodations in the room I had. My room also had a small pleasant balcony, as well as s mini-fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable, a must on my frequent business trips. The staff was great at checkin, and the lobby area has snacks as well as a good restaurant and seating areas. I didn't try the pool but it looked clean and fine.
