This is my first night and I am already very disappointed. I arrived to find the hot tub and pool are closed. The front desk has no idea how long it will be closed because they are repainting it. I open the curtains in my room to find that the view looks directly into someone else's balcony. I asked if there was any water bottles available and was told it would cost $4 for a bottle of water. When I questioned the front desk about my disappointment all they could offer me was additional Marriott reward points, wow, talk about hospitality. That really makes my stay better. Not!
I would highly recommend going elsewhere. If there was another hotel available tonight, I would switch. I will NOT be back here again. I will be taking my concerns up to Marriot as well. As a Marriot rewards member, this is pathetic! Oh, and breakfast is too expensive here as well.
Hilton honors goes out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. Marriot should learn from them!

Across the street from the medical facility. Near many good restaurants. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Spacias lobby. Rooms are large and well appointed. Modern, clean and quiet. This is not a cheap hotel, but you get what you pay for.

This was a great location for a 2 day visit to the Vidant Health campus. Clean well run facility. My only issues were the room to my door had to be slammed shut as it did not fit properly into the frame. I am sure my neighbors did not appreciate this. The other issue was entering the lobby at 5:45 am looking for coffee and none was ready, had to wait for them to brew some and then of course you have to ice it down unless you wanted to wait for 45 minutes for it to reach anything close to drinking temp

I've stayed here a couple of times when in Greenville and it is a good place to have a base of operations. The amenities are typical for Courtyards. The Bistro is a good place for a a quick meal, breakfast or dinner. The service was good - the staff attentive.

I needed to book a hotel for my daughter's graduation. I found this hotel on line I was hoping I made the right choice. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff. They were quick and helpful with getting us checked in. The room was very clean and comfortable, including the bed. I would definitely stay here again.
