Not good for business traveller...

No toner in fax machine; printer in lobby was in error mode meaning it didn't work;
which means that the printing of materials I needed were not taken care of.
Choose another Marriott property in this town. There are several.
Make sure complimentary van is available and make an appointment so you aren't disappointed.
One positive: excellent turkey reuben sandwich.
Hotel with aroma!
Juan Antonio Lon 15/10/2017 17:43We arrived to the lobby for register and welcomed a strong bbq wings aroma!....the check in staff was having “delicious wings” and quickly came to help us, after tossing a huge spotted napkin on the counter she started typing our name on the computer, no need to say the key holder I received was also spotted with little rests of bbq sauce.
The hotel needs attention on general aroma because of the lobby restaurant. It wasn’t the marriot experience at all....
Need to improve on smell and cleanliness

They truly make it feel like a second home from the welcoming staff to the managers always making sure you have everything you need. I couldn't be more satisfied with my time here at the courtyard.
Amazing Service, Great Food and Great Staff
Tyler Bon 21/09/2017 02:23I have been staying here for 21 days now and I have nothing but positive things to stay about this hotel. The entire staff is so hospitable. My personal favourite is the Bistro. The food they make is amazing and Mike the bartender is awesome. He is great to sit down and chat with over a drink as your day comes to an end. The food comes out in a timely fashion as well. Would recommend anyone coming to Laredo to choose The Courtyard By Marriott.

Oralia0408on 13/09/2017 07:56My husband and I travel A LOT...he works in an industry that we "live" in hotels. So, when you come across great service you just have to post it!! We were in Laredo just to catch an airport going to Ohio...we got in late and the bar was closing down. The bartender said "No worries, how can I help you?" We ordered a drink and MIKE was so sweet and engaging it made our whole day traveling relaxing. He was very very accommodating and even recommended great places to eat! He really was exactly what we needed! Now we can enjoy our week coming up. Thank you Marriott for hiring the BEST!
