Stayed here for a wedding and the interior lobby and hallways look like they have been recently updated and are modern. However, the exterior of the hotel is a real eye-sore and looks old, dated, and tired. The bathrooms were on the smaller side with bad grout work in the tiles.

Location is OK. You can see where it is on the map. It happens to be close to my Miami office. The surrounding area is quiet, but safe. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Service at the hotel is friendly at the desk, but I was disappointed that I didn't receive maid service every day. Stayed for four days and they just didn't bother for the last one.
The Bistro downstairs serves decent breakfast, but I recommend keeping it simple - eggs are good, but the brioche on my Bistro Breakfast Sandwich was on the hard side and my Farm Stand Breakfast Bowl was pretty heavy on the pesto.
Bottom line: decent stay. Not 100% on all the details. If it's close to where you need to be and the price is right, you'll be fine.

Close to coral gables miracle mile and restaurants zone, you can go by walk.
Nice room and very nice lobby, with confortable boxes to stay, work, have a drink.
The personnel is very friendly.
Have a caffeteria where you may order starbucks coffe and standard plates.

Adding this to the list of Courtyard hotels where I’ve stayed was certainly a treat. The staff was excellent at every turn. The room was clean and spacious. Parking was a non-issue. I’d absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

We travel to Miami on a regular basis. We have stayed at many Hotels/Motels in the area. We stayed in this one a few weeks ago post-Irma, waiting to return to our home in Key West. People at the front desk and at the Bistro remembered us and asked about our home. That’s true kindness and concern and it goes a long way in ensuring that we will return. Add to that, the great location, the nice new decoration, the large rooms with nice amenities, and great service, who could ask for more?
We will return and let friends know that this place caters to not just business travelers, but also to people who just need a break away. Thank you all!
