Every time I come to Panama for business I always stay at this hotel. First impression front desk with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The hotel is conveniently in front of the metro mall. Great shopping area. Did I mention that the hotel includes free breakfast buffet. In my current stay I met a great server Rene. He gave us suggestion cards on breakfast recommendations, needless to say the next morning he greeted me and said Miss your suggestions are available this morning. Was I happy to have a nice treat from home at such a welcoming place. Thank you for your great service.

The room was clean and spacious, the people at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel facilities were nice. The hotel has a very convenient location close to a big mall and the airport.

On a business trip I was booked at this hotel and it was a great experience. I loved the facilities and the personnel was great specially the guys at the restaurant on the night shift they are so kind and friendly! If you ever travel to Panama and stay here make sure to meet Josue, Ricardo and Anthony they have excellent customer service skills!

I cancelled my reservation of 3 nights due to the Hurricane Irma. I couldn't travel. I live in Florida.
they charged me twice one night of $104.94 instead of 1 night for cancellation fee.
So they charged me $209.88. I tried to reach them but no answer.

A group of us were on a fishing trip in Panama. We chose this property based on its proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle. The hotel was a typical Marriott Courtyard property. Clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were a little firm. The exercise room was a little spartan. The breakfast buffet was free for Platinum travelers, but at 15$ slightly over priced for the members in my group that were not Platinum. The Metro Mall is across the the parking lot, if you need to buy any forgotten items. Down town Panama City or the Canal however are far away, Traffic in Panama City is horrendous due to construction and number of cars on the road.
