Scott Front desk manager was extremely pleasant. Greeted by name and acknowledged status. Rooms are clean and spacious. Outside of children knocking on the door and running off the stay is great. Again, Scott immediately addressed the issue. Would highly recommend.

So, I flew here from Utah to give a presentation for a school district. After presenting for 7 hours, I'd hoped to come and get some rest before having to fly to the West coast the next morning. Not happening. A bar is just below my window. Music blasting. DJ yelling over the loud speaker. This is Tuesday night..... I could see it on a Friday or Saturday, but Tuesday??? I called and asked to be moved and got the standard answer "We are all booked." There's an exec suite for just under $400 though if you want that one. Then, they said, we can give you $5 toward your reward points if that'll help... Seriously.

I typically enjoy staying at Marriott properties because they're clean and comfortable. I recently stayed at this hotel and it wasn't clean and the room was noisy all night long. The desk staff were nice but way to busy to operate the Starbucks machines located across the lobby. The bed was okay but I just didn't feel the room was up to Marriott standards. Overall, I paid way too much for what I was given. Lesson learned.

When checking in, I asked if there was a quiet room available. Ideally, one away from the ice maker and elevator, and the top floor. I am a Marriotts rewards member, and there preferences should be noted in my profile. The woman at the front desk seemed very annoyed at the request. The room I ended up with was extremely, unacceptably loud. First, there was a restaurant playing very loud music until 11:30 pm right outside my window. [maybe a room on the other side of the hallway which would not have had windows over there restaurant would have been quieter?] There was a lot of noise from the people in the room above me running across the room for hours- I am guessing it was young toddlers. Then there were the guests returning from a wedding and talking /shouting loudly in the hallway, beginning around 11:30 am an lasting until around 3 am. Acoustics in the hotel obviously leave much to be desired. To top it off, the front desk staff did not wear name tags and did not look up to greet guests coming and going. Pillows were very uncomfortable. On the plus side, the rooms and lobby were clean and up to date.

Stayed briefly for one night whilst visiting friends close by.
We decided to check - in around midday, but could only drop our bags off as the hotel was rammed with a couple of weddings taking place, but front desk staff were very helpful.
We returned around 11 pm - a lot quieter and given room keys.
Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed and as always in the Marriott chain fantastically comfortable bed.
A perfect overnight stay.
