Just few days back we stayed at this Cochin Palace ,had a pleseant stay and good service .Not forgetting the friendly and helpful staff that was always ready to services us with a smile...Certainly a good hotel to consider...😊

This review is for Cochin Palace Car Services. I travelled to Munnar and Ooty for 6 days between 23rd October to 28th october and booked a Car from Cochin Palace for the entire duration of my trip. The driver given to me( Mr. Sajeev) was extremely helpful and polite person with good knowledge of local sightseeing places. He was good in both Hindi and English. I did not face a single problem in his company during my entire trip and he played a good part in making my journey a memorable one. All this at the best prices in market. Rs 11800/- for 6 days and 900 km.

I stayed at this property for 10 days.. It's a pure business hotel located at the heart of the city.. they have 3 floors and rooms are clean and the best thing about the property is the staff... The people taking care of this property are really good and the service aspect is excellent.. I would easily give 5 star to the staff, specially Mr Adarsh, Mr Ranjit and Mr Stanley from the reception, The Security guard Mr Paul, The housekeeping staff.. Everyone did their job really well.. Thanks a lot to Mr Abraham George, the GM who took good care of us.. They recently opened bar at this place and has got good quality liquor as well.. The only request I would ask the hotel people is to change the towels, I mean all the towels.. They have become really old.. I highly recommend this place...

The hotel located inside the town , decent service quality by the staff's, good ambience , clean and neat hotel and good food, parking is also available, Quick access to all corners of cochin, Completely satisfied with this one.
