This was an upgraded hotel for our TMB trip, and it didn't meet our expectations. The wifi was terrible and not accessible from our room. Staff wasn't helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite limited. The room and beds were fine.

A wonderful hotel. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The staff were so efficient, professional, and kind. We enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast. The price is a bit high, but for me it was worth every cent.

A charming and delightful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Not quite sure how the 4 * rating is assessed as i would not call the hotel luxury; it is all quite simple but done nicely, and is clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet. It is on the main road, so some of the rooms could be noisy (our visit was summer so all the windows opened). we were happy and would return. Oh and the wifi coverage was pretty limited; cuts out every 10 minutes!

Although the front desk staff could not be more helpful, the rooms are plain, and if you are facing the street, it is very noisy. WiFi in the rooms is non-existant, thin towels, and very hard beds. Breakfast buffet is a cold one with a good array for any eater. I would not stay here again.

Stayed 3 days/nights in June and the room was clean, stocked with great toiletries, hot water shower with removable shower head (to help your sore knees from the hikes), and the breakfast spread is vast and delicious!
I had a few drinks at the bar where hot and cold appetizers helped curb hunger while waiting for dinner restaurants to open. There is no air conditioning so the room can get a bit warm before sundown, but there are also windows in the room and bathroom.
They offer both wet and dry saunas, but I didn't use them. The location is at the quiet end of the pedestrian mall - super convenient.
All staff was excellent. The laundry service even got out some blood stains on my pant legs - your hired!
