Let me say I stay in many extended stays due to work. This place has bad lighting in parking lot which makes you feel unsafe. In addition the police were there on two occasions for who knows what. The rooms are in poor condition, the sheets are threadbare and the bed was terrible. The room was in rough condition, missing a cabinet pull in the bathroom. The bathroom door would not close properly and the general condition of the hallways was dirty. Kitchenette useless with no utensils, plates, etc.

This hotel has really gone downhill since I visited a few weeks ago. Very disappointing to find the lack of customer service at the front desk. Way too many employees and way too much free time away from the front desk. I had booked a room for about 4 days and each day I found that I was locked out because the key wouldn't work. Each time I had to go to the front desk and find an employee somewhere, and get a key that would let me in the room. I wasn't the only one with the same problem. Lots of angry guests. The room had not been vacuumed and dirty sheets. It's a shame, I used to be a loyal customer at this hotel, now I have to find another hotel with employees to love their job.

It has been a few months since we stayed here, and just getting around to writing! Ok.. first of all, let me preface this with... I am a hotel executive for starwood so my expectations are high.. We stayed here for LSU's graduation and we booked last minute, and we travel with our dog which is how we wound up here.
The good... The price. The front desk was nice enough.
The bad... everything else. The room smelled terrible. I went to walmart and bought some plug ins. The elevator floor felt like it was going to fall through. The cigarette smoke was everywhere. I know extended stays usually have smoking rooms but geez. I felt like I was on a scary movie.
If you need cheap this will do you well. If you need nice.. skip it.

it was crestwood suites now its inntown suites what a big change, thw rooms are clean they are updating the staff is wonderful, maria the manger is the best, I had questions about my bill she took the time to explain it to me. she allways is happy what took so long to get her,will be back in December as long as maria is ther I will stay here, and im telling all my friends about the wonderful change in this hotel
