We stayed here last night for one night as we were going to a concert at the UEA. What a lovely place to stay. Plenty of parking.We were offered tea coffee and biscuits in the breakfast room on arrival...a lovely touch. Our room was lovely. Warm and welcoming with a plentiful complimentary tea tray. The bed was king sized with good quality linen and super comfortable. We had a great nights sleep. There was a good selection of complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The hosts were fabulous and attentive. Breakfast was really nice with a choice of fruit yogurts toast and croisents fruit juices and tea and coffee... a wide selection of jams...and my favourite marmite. 😃we will stay here again for sure when we go to future concerts. Thankyou for such a pleasant stay , I highly recommend staying here.😃

Ideal place to stay when spending a little time in the Norwich area. Nice room, well equipped, with own door lock and key. A quiet comfortable stay. Then, when I was in the mood to chat over breakfast, found good conversation with experienced business people who own and operate the Guest House (among other business ventures).

We were in town for some church activities and our first priority was staying somewhere close to our church in hopes we would also have an excellent place to stay. This guest house exceeded our expectations. The room was plenty large enough for my wife and I. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was large with a shower that was wonderful. The breakfast provided a wide assortment of cereals, juices, yogurts, and fruit. I'm glad we were able to find a great guesthouse we can stay at twice a year when we are in town for church functions.

Would have rated higher, but the breakfast was a let down.
Rooms spotlessly clean, comfy bed, nice linen and good shower. Nice quiet location.
We knew in advance that breakfast was continental, but I would never pass a bacon sandwich to get to a croissant. Continental can be pleasant if done well. On this occasion I can't say that it was. Two small partiality microwave defrosted stodgy croissants is not a cheering breakfast. Two of ours were still frozen in the middle and the other two were not that good. The rest of the offering did little for either of us.
We were sold a more expensive room due to it being larger. It was, but the extra space was filled with two additional beds we did not need.
No enquiry was made as to our satisfaction at any stage of the booking.

Pleasant hosts. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. What more could you wish for? This was a high anxiety trip as one of the older members of the party had been ill earlier in the year and we weren't sure we'd all be able to make it. It was a real relief to arrive, having managed it all, and be so comfortable to recover!
