Excellent Business Hotel

I was here for a week, the room was comfortable and most important quiet. Multi device wifi was included. I recommend getting the breakfast package which included 3 laundry items per day. The gym was good and open 24h. I only tried 1 of the restaurants due to work schedule. I would stay here again if visiting the same business partner.

I stayed here for four nights on a business trip. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfasts in a large but nice restaurant. Spacious rooms with nice and clean bathrooms. The staff clean and tidy the rooms more than once a day, so there’s never any dust. The swimming pool is long enough for making training interesting. So is the gym if you are up for some cardio workout.

Excellent stay experience at Crown Plaza in Electronic city Bangalore

I stayed at Crown Plaza at Electronic City Bangalore for 2 weeks for business travel and i have to say it was an awesome experience. The staff is very friendly and they take care of all your needs. It would everything you would expect from a top class hotel. Almost all Offices near this hotel made it very convenient as well.
They take care of all your problems and questions with a smile from recommendation of food choices, what places to visit, if you need taxi service or Uber/Ola :), where to do some shopping, taking care of your privacy, timely laundry etc etc.
The rooms are very nice and updated, the lobby is very clean, room service is awesome, the restaurants inside the hotel is all you need for any kind of food or drinks from Indian to asian to italian food and it is delicious.
i had a specific problem where i needed my laundry to be urgently done and delivered as i had only couple of work shirts to wear and they did a fantastic job of delivering very nice clean and crisp shirts within few hours and i was ready for next day early morning work. They also took care of middle of the night hunger with delicious food (lack of my sleep). Their beds are very nice and cozy.
Also i had to checkout couple of hours late and they took care of it without asking any questions or any extra fees. They also kept my luggage with them with great care and security until i was ready to pick them up to fly out.
Thanks to their friendly and awesome staff specially, Issac, Thapa , Animesh and all at the 24x43 restaurant for excellent service, and to Tulsi, Niven at the front desk, Mallik, Mani and Kaushik for their excellent friendly service at the Terminus Restaurant.
Overall, it was a great experience and i will surely come back if i get a chance. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Electronic City.

Perfect stay for business trip in the area

The hotel has everything you expect from a five-star hotel. It is clean. The service is friendly and helpful. A reasonable gym, and a swimming pool (which I did not use). They offer a free ride to MG Road on Sunday at 11am returning at 5pm. The restaurant offer nice buffet, but the a-la-cart is even better. The signature corn soup was so good that I went back again for another one. Breakfast starts at 6:30, but they have take-away box if you are in a hurry to go (like I did for a tour to Mysuru). They also had a mini breakfast bar for take-away on the day when I left for airport at 5:30am. Highly recommended if you go to Electronic City for work. However, it is nowhere near any sightseeing or shopping.

I had visited this hotel in July, 2017. They had some fest going on at that Time. Had a great time here. There food is great. Had a great view from my room as well. There ambiance is also great. Had to stay for a very small time. But Totally paisa vasul place.
