Remember the days

I remember the days when this hotel was the Crown Plaza and even before. The current owners have a real chore on their hands to update this now older, but really cool hotel. 28 floors of a very majestic hotel, but also very old. The elevators are horrible...I walked from the 19th floor to the lobby and vice versa, more quickly than the elevator would take me. The food at the restaurant was horrific. Nothing spectacular, except a good air conditioning unit and a decent bed....rooms are loud from traffic and quest traffic.

Super hotel, what a view!

We had an amazing time there with my friends, you can drink cocktails all day in the swimming pool, bartenders are sooo nice, weather like a dream and you have a view from the room to the ocean. It was nice to have a private massage session in the room.

We stayed in a suite for two weeks in March. Weather was fantastic - always sunny. No rain at all. Rooms are very nice with views of the ocean. Located on the beach. Great Food and always entertaining. Also good for relaxing. Built over 30 years ago with loads of marble it's still an elegant hotel. What I love most is that the back of hotel is the pools and beach and when you step out front it feels so alive -- disco's, restaurants, shops, cine-plex, etc. Everything! I love strolling along the street; there is so much to see and do.

Great views and room.

We came on a family vacation in July. The rooms were big with beautiful views of the ocean. Our A.C. went out and they came up very quickly to fix our unit! Centrally located close to Wal-Mart and food venues. Also a Casino was close. We drove to Puerto Marques for one day and ate and shopped!! We will be planning another trip in the next year!! We love Acapulco, Mexico!!

3 day getaway.

I booked this hotel because it was on one of the lists recommended by my cousin that stays away about an hour in the capital of the state. Anywho this hotel was one that was available on the dates I had my trip scheduled. Overall hotel to me would be a 3. It would had been 5 but let me get started. I moved rooms twice because I wanted to wake up to the view of the beach I will be posting a picture of my view on the 27th Floor. This hotel has 28 floors. 1 star off because there was a roach in the room people complain and usually get moved because of a roach but honestly I wasn't even in the hotel room I was always out the room was literally to sleep. Another star off because everything in the hotel is way overpriced restaurant wise. Now the stars start first star I liked that the wifi stayed true and worked EVEN while being on the beach. Another star because it was exclusive no one without a wristband was axllowed and last star because of the location literally! Everything is close to you within walking distance! And of course the beach was just downstairs! That was the point of me staying in this hotel. Complimentary water a plus. They have ice machines on every floor. Room was cleaned every day and new towels were set everyday. They do not have mini fridges on rooms well at least not on mine. I personally wouldn't stay here again though because of the guy I asked to a nice room with a view as closest to the ocean he did what he could I guess but for the 27th floor he could had done better.
