Thank you for the staff who assist my needs.
Fantasy hote
Chris Pon 20/11/2017 17:26I have been staying in jordan around 3 times a year for the past 7 years, this visit is my first time staying in the Crowne plaza. Omg you guys offer far better service than the intercontinental........... I must add I am a IHG gold member and I am currently staying at the hotel, yes the rooms may be a little dated compared to the intercontinental but you guys have won my heart and mind for friendliness. I take my hat off to Mahmoud shamali on the roof club lounge as he is a true ambassador for great service......... well done guys and all the best Chris Palmer room 513

هاني اon 19/11/2017 19:52Its my first time to make a review on this hotel because I found the staff really nice to their customers, I appreciate the way they handle their guest even we usually come here. We just usually come here in vienna just for sisha and to talk about business.
Nice ambiance

A great place for business meetings
Kevin Lon 18/11/2017 12:13I received a warm welcome on arrival and was able to check into my room immediately before noon. I was asked whether I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room and as a non-smoker I elected for the latter. The room was clean and comfortable as we would come to expect from a Crowne Plaza hotel. We used one of the business rooms on the roof and it had the largest meeting table I had ever seen. We were provided with a data projector each night and everything worked well. The staff were attentive and we were even able to eat in the meeting room one evening as we were still working.
One of the only down side was smoking within the places that we ate. I suspect that it is part of the culture in Jordan and may be the case in every hotel. Just something to be aware of if this is your first time visiting Amman.
