NIce hotel and great staff

I stayed here for work on a regular basis, Sayde and Roxie always do a great job at the front desk and are part of the reason I continue to return. The hotel is always well kept and the shuttle service to and from the airport is extremely helpful.

Far Exceeded Our Expectations!! A+ 6th Floor Lounge!

Excellent front desk service, went over and above to accommodate our family. Upgrading us to the 6th floor with lounge access (2 free drinks and free appetizers), as well as a free breakfast buffet card.

Room was well designed and very clean. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Our room had a beautiful view and plenty of room for us and our children.

The lounge provided free cereal for breakfast, fruit, granola bars, juice, soda, and water throughout the day and a delicious Chicken Caesar Salad for the dinner appetizer.

Pool is salt water and not near as loud and obnoxious and other indoor hotel pools. The window surround floods the pool with sunlight.

After the kiddos were in bed the adults went down to Juno to enjoy some adult beverages and an appetizer. Food was delicious and reasonably priced.

This has quickly become our favorite hotel in Anchorage.

The only negative is that there appears to be an abundance of questionable people wondering around the hotel, both inside and out. There were several large groups of unsupervised children, apparently they were from Barrow, running rampant around the hotel. I felt sorry for the waitress in the restaurant, as they were pilling bowls of bacon and eggs on the table, making a horrific mess, ordered an abundance of drinks, then left everything on the table.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 3 nights and 4 days. The room was very clean and spacious. The front desk staff, Edward, Ken & Sadie were amazing along with the shuttle driver, Omi. They fulfilled every request that I had without hesitation.
They provide free breakfast vouchers along with drink vouchers for the evening.

My boss was not able to take me to Alaska Wildberry and Ken arranged for the shuttle to take me there and pick me up. Omi, the shuttle driver was very nice and did not act at all like I was an inconvenience for having to shuttle me there and back.

I would definitely stay there again, if I ever go back to Alaska. I thank them all tremendously for their stellar customer service.

Clean, quite, upscale, great staff

This is a fairly new, well taken care of, clean, quite hotel. Rooms are good size and all the typical amenities. Front desk staff and Juno restaurant staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return here.

Good Hotel - Great Value

We enjoyed our stay here. A shuttle was provided from the airport which is very handy.
Our room rate included breakfast, served buffet style, which was very good as well as access to the lounge on the top floor.
Coffee is served in large mugs which is something our group of four appreciated while we had breakfast.
We opted to have dinner in the lounge one evening. Both the food and service were good.
Rather than pay double for a hotel in the downtown area, we stayed here and took cabs to our destinations. Taxi fares are reasonable and the savings worth it.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the covers cozy.
All in all a good hotel.
