Melissa Von 21/11/2017 01:30I definitely give this hotel 5 stars! It is beautiful and comfortable at the same time! I stayed there on business and will likely return. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Housekeeping and front desk did an Awesome job!
Great downtown location

The executive level has a free breakfast and happy hour which is a great time saver in the am and nice quiet area to have a drink in the evening. Breakfast is great. The parking lot is always full so use the ramp across the street. It is connected by a sky bridge and hey will validate the pass at the front desk. Restaurant upstairs also has good quality food.

JTOwingson 10/11/2017 12:19Great location. Able to walk to a few restaurants. Pretty old and run down rooms. Good meeting space. I would stay again simply because the location was so good. Friendly and accomodating staff. Like that they had a Starbucks in the hotel.
Old, run down hotel
Rhoda1on 08/11/2017 18:29Large high rise with poor parking facilities. No valet parking, no help,with bags, no pool. Have to pay in advance for breakfast, but, can’t use room service. I would not stay here again. We had to come to Billings from Cody in order to fly home. The lack of people to help,with car, bags, etc., and the heavy use in winter for airport sleep overs in bad weather, which this trip was,makes it very poor for airport use. With freezing temps, snow and ice, etc., parking was dangerous and many bags to get up to our room by myself at 74 years old was unacceptable.
Great family getaway
jayneep2017on 01/11/2017 19:44Family loved staying in the tallest hotel in Billings. Room service and restaurant food was excellent. Close proximity to other great places like The Burger Dive & Moss Mansion. Cookies were great too.
