I was in Marka Mall so this hotel was a perfect location for me.
The hotel is very nice the rooms are fancy and clean and are equipped with all comforts.
The quality of sleep is excellent and the bed is very comfortable.
I had also serval room services and the food was very good and with standard waiting time (20-30 minutes) ( ordering room service required a little bit of patience as they didn’t speak fluently english).
Also the rate at that time was very good.
Anyways I had a great stay so Definitely recommend!

urajayon 04/10/2017 08:05Smooth checkin / check out. Staff very cordial and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Bath had good water pressure. Good set of toiletries. Fridge was well stocked and free for use in our club suite. Lounge access was good. Staff at lounge (Ms. Meena) was very kind and helpful. Buffet spread was sumptuous and very good. Easy availability of cabs around. Next to shopping mall. Money change at shopping mall without any commission charges was a big advantage. Highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely property- outstanding staff
tarynpeteron 26/08/2017 23:01Greeted like a king after a long day of travel with an offer of a free hamam. Staff was great. Room was large and clean. Did not spend much time there but will be back! Thanks again to the Aussie front desk gent.

Juan Bon 11/08/2017 22:11This Hotel is very good, I had a nice stay at one of their rooms with a top service. The roof restaurant has a nice view and offers tasty dishes.
The underground level offers a big variety of recreations including pool, thermal pool, massages, gym, etc.

NIce place to celebrate wedding: food and staff were good, live music - awesome.
I hope to visit this hotel again, because as i ve heard they also have not bad spa and thermal bath.
