The hotel has nice room and good facilities. Some minor irritants-They charge 500 RMB for airport pickup which is damn expensive. Breakfast could be a problematic for vegetarians as there is no signage and very few staff knows english. Also they insist on shower cap during swimming for male which is not very common. Better hotel have provision for the same.

This hotel meets the normal high standards of crowne plaza hotels. The rooms are very large, beds are very comfortable and good WiFi speed.
I selected it because of business in the area and due to it having a gym with a few machines and free weights as well as a swimming pool. It has the normal wide selection of food for breakfast and lots of enthusiastic staff who are keen to help.
There is a very nice community of restaurants within just 10-15 walk and you can follow the local foot paths directly outside to enjoy a really nice walk around the "Chengdu Fitness Greenway". Along route you will find people enjoying their morning exercise.

We stayed here on a business trip. It's located little far from the central area but we loved our stay here.
The food is amazing and staff very helpful. we would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling for business and pleasure to Chengdu.

My stay started out a little rough - I requested a king bed room but was assigned a twin-bed room. Also, the air conditioning was not operating correctly and my room was uncomfortably hot and humid. I requested that a maintenance engineer review the climate control system in my room while I had dinner in the restaurant.
After dinner, I returned to the desk and was informed that my room would be changed. Packing up and moving to a different room was not convenient, but my new room was larger and had a king bed. Most importantly, the air conditioning worked well and I enjoyed three good nights of sleep.
The restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast. I will return to this hotel for my next visit to Chengdu.

I don't know if it's because of the upgrade I got but I was extremely impressed by the room I got. New, clean and spacious. Otherwise service and breakfast were great and we later had a beer and a wine in the lobby bar, which went down well, too.
