I have stayed at this hotel many times and it's never let me down. This particular trip was an exception due to the personal service from Martin on the front desk. He stepped up way and beyond to make feel very welcome and ensure I had everything I needed.
The hotel is always clean, the rooms are very well furnished and the food is good. I also feel the prices are very reasonable considering it's a Crowne Plaza and it's close to the Airport.
Very highly recommended and a very special thanks to Martin for his excellent attentiveness and overall service!

Crown Plaza Towers is situated very close to the airport, far from the city center. However, one can easily reach the city center by metro. This metro has a station within 200 meters from the hotel.
The hotel has friendly staff and spacious clean rooms.

Crowe Plaza Copenhagen is ideally located to the city and airport.
5 mins train ride to the airport and 10 minutes by Metro to city centre.
It’s a typical Crowne Plaza so expect nothing less then a nice clean hotel with comfortable beds.
I did not eat from the hotel as the hotel is next door to Fields shopping centre which offers a modern cinema, restaurants and food court. So plenty of options.
The hotel itself has a coffee shop in the tower and a bar so ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
The metro and train stop is Orstead and is about 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Please remember the metro line does not go to the airport you will have to go to Christianshavn and change lines back up to airport. But the main train line does go.
Even better it’s only 15 kronor to Book with shuttle bus.
Also if you plan to visit Arena concert hall then this hotel is perfect.

I stayed 2 nights for the business. The room was very comfortable, well kept and nice complimentary made me feel good.
But the best was the quality of service at the reception especially in the morning. Their good service makes this hotel more special to their guest.
I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel both before and after a recent Baltic cruise and found the airport and cruise terminal transportation to be both easy and efficient. Additionally, it is less than a five minute walk to the nearest metro stop which provides easy access into the historic parts of the city. Across the street from the metro station is a large mall that is quite handy for getting a glimpse into the shopping habits of today's Danes as well as shopping for presents. The hotel is also across the street from a large arena that hosted a rock concert the night before we flew home. Overall, for a hotel not in the heart of the city, historic district and tourist areas it is very well situated.
The room décor was ordinary, like countless business hotels near airports; during the second stay we were upgraded to a larger corner room with windows on two walls, I did appreciate the additional brightness. The hotel restaurants were a little quirky and it was difficult to know which was open at different times of the day but this may have been due to the large number of guests associated with the rock concert, the coffee shop across the atrium from the lobby was excellent.
Additionally, the hotel had one of the nicer loyalty lounges with a nice outdoor sitting area for warmer days. The breakfast layout was nice and provide plenty of choices, afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres were well presented.
On previous trips to Copenhagen we always stayed in the city center so my husband and I have agreed that we will stay here again when traveling through Copenhagen but for visiting the local tourist attractions hotels in the city center work better for us.
