Nice, clean hotel
Adrienne Non 23/09/2017 18:55I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and clean and met all my needs!! The hotel had a nice view of the city. This hotel isn’t in the best area of downtown but it is a bigger city and that’s average for downtown areas. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout room!
Great room no fridge in room

Excellent Executive Room
Oskie Bon 18/08/2017 15:56I stayed in the executive level and I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the room. The generous supply of free drinks in the fridge is completely amazing. Breakfast included cinnamon buns, croissants, cereal, and bagels. Out of the three times I went to the business lounge, there was only one other family in there while I ate breakfast. It's quiet, clean, and almost even better than the actual room. The washroom can be a little bit crammed, especially if you have a big family. There was a piece of hair stuck under the toilet bowl, but other than that Hamilton Plaza was an excellent hotel with no problems at all. Front desk was also efficient and the manager and assistant manager are amazing.
A dated hotel with convenience downtown location
Kam Yon 12/08/2017 02:02This is a dated hotel in a convenience downtown location. This hotel needs renovation. Air conditioner is quite noisy. We stayed here for 3 nights for a church conference and were booked by the organizer, otherwise, we will try other. Self parking is nearly $10 per day. We stayed at 1st floor and was facing King Street. Friday night, lots of noisy people talked loudly on the street. So, ask for higher floor next time. Staff is nice. Unless you have to stay in this area, otherwise you have lots of choice.
Nice but basic
Wherenow3on 31/07/2017 11:16Stayed here just long enough for a sleep, but the front desk staff were friendly and the hotel overall was in good shape. Basic...nothing fancy and nothing that stood out, but it was affordable and good enough for a nights stay.
Room was clean and spacious and bed was firm (which may or may not be a good thing depending what you like). Typical furniture for a moderately priced room, carpet definitely dated, and walls still had exposed wall anchors and holes where they had something hanging.
Parking was extra. And we never checked out breakfast so not sure how that was.
