Good, but..
KennyKayeon 10/11/2017 21:40Stayed here night before a conference here. Pros: GREAT bed!, Very friendly staff, many facilities and cute names for ball rooms (all named after designers, I was in the Dior room) Cons: Room needed some upkeeping, resturant Prime closed even though it was dinner time.
A bit pricey the night I stayed. Other places very close were much cheaper.
People- pleasing Place

Breakfast was fit for royalty, serving the meat, fruits, cereals, yogurts, oatmeal and grits with a omelet station (you're the best Jose) The staff were outstanding. They provided help with luggage (thanks so much, Justin, you have a gift of hospitality) shuttle service to the mall (Callum & Brian, Jr. Provided history, tips and great conversation with the rides)I lost a personal linen when the room was cleaned (no big deal, a washcloth)and while Shelly, a housekeeping supervisor was asking about our visit, I casually mentioned the lost. She explained how they remove all wet towels & mine was white like theirs. Imagine my surprise when I opened my door to see her beaming smile with my clean washcloth in her hand! Mind blown! Shelley even helped me load my luggage & refused to take a tip. There may be grander hotels but there are not grander people who care about what they do. Thanks so much. See you next year!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Comfortable, clean room with top notch service
Eric Hon 06/11/2017 05:23I really liked the nice, clean, quiet room I had. It was big and came with a mini fridge. My bed was very comfortable, too. The front desk associate went out of her way to make sure I didn't miss my wake up call, which I really appreciated!
Crowne Plaza is an Incredible Hotel and Ideal for Special Events
Raysa Mon 20/10/2017 18:22I have had the pleasure of not only attending events at the Crowne Plaza but working with them for a special fundraiser. From the end of being an attendee, I was at the Crowne for the Laney Legacy of Hope earlier in October and the ballroom looked stunning, the staff was incredibly attentive, and went out of their way to make sure our table had everything it needed. The food was out of this world! Chef Tim executed the appetizers and the main course flawlessly. I have performed at the Crowne with the Uptown Band and also with the Philadelphia Funk Authority and the treatment I receive is always professional and top notch. Recently I began working with Laura Creque Taylor on a special fundraiser for the victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, and Laura has been instrumental for our event. Laura's great knowledge and skills have made the planning so smooth and easy. I strongly recommend the Crowne for absolutely any occasion. I have stayed in one of their rooms and it was wonderful. Loved the products provided in the room to help me relax and sleep. The room was extremely clean and well kept. Five Stars all the way!!! Raysa
2 night stay for bowling tournament
Mary Jon 20/10/2017 14:09We booked this stay for a two night stay to attend a NCAA Bowling Tournament in the area. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Highlight was the food. Breakfast buffet was extensive and had mountains of bacon! The bar area was a nice atmosphere and the bartender was nice. We will be back.
