This an excellent hotel,well located near Gloucester road station. There a number of very good restaurants in the location. We found them staff to be efficient, extremely helpful and very friendly- especially Will who remembered us from a previous visit and was very cheerful and certainly this would encourage us to return. Room was clean, warm and the breakfast was very good- served until 11.30! We will definitely come back.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel at the last three years.And now the only hotel I use when visiting London with my family + kinds. This hotel just keeps getting better.
Excellent accommodations, breakfast and location. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, Gloucester road tube station right in front of it. Bus stops all around. Restaurants all around. Within walking distance of the Albert Hall, V&A, Natural History Museum, Harrods, Burberry, up the road.
There is nothing to complain. I look forward to go back next year.

Great stay. Upgrading to club access is highly recommended. Breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and staff is extremely attentive. Right outside tube station for easy access to anywhere in London. Will be staying again!

Excellent accommodations,breakfast and location. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. There is nothing to complain. I look forward to go back next year. I only have one suggestions a physician I am always concerned with accidents. I would recommend that you remove all bathtub, they are specially dangerous for the elder. Slippery,I am afraid someone will have a serious accident.

Don't confuse my heading by concluding that value means cheap old hotel. This hotel is clean, wonderful rooms, well located by transit, and a 10 minute walk to Kensington palace! The only caution I have is that the beds and pillows were not great making it a hard sleep. But regardless of that ... I enjoyed this property.
