This is for the restaurant/catering staff. Great “Thanksgiving” style meal! The turkey breast was tender and moist. The green bean casserole was excellent as were the other “fix in’s”.
The staff was very accommodating in particular the bartender. Nice job!

From the time we checked-in to the time we checked-out our stay was perfect. We received a suite upgrade for being an IHG member. The suites are renovated and include a separate living/office space with refrigerator, bathroom (soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner), and bedroom. The rooms do not have microwaves and they are not needed. The full service restaurant is excellent. Seek out Charles and Anthony for all your food and beverage needs. They both put the "customer" back into customer service. They will go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. We would definitely visit again!

My husband, his sister and I, along with our 15 month old daughter, stayed at this location to attend a Savy Inspector's Conference for our home inspection business a few weeks ago Oct 4-9th, at the same location. The staff was incredibly attentive to our needs, especially to our little one! Rosemary, the food and beverage manager was so sweet and took us under her wing and made sure we had everything we needed for our daughter- she was amazing. The banquet staff - Maria A., Brenda and Yanci, along with the Bar staff - Maria N., Anthony & Ryan were also all very friendly, attentive and offered wonderful service! I want to say that Carolyn was the name of one of the gals at the front desk, who also picked us up from the airport in the shuttle. She was super friendly and made us feel very welcome to your facility!
We have heard that the conference will be held at this same location next year, and we are so excited to come back! Thank you all again - you were wonderful!

My fiancé works for sherwin Williams automotive and the training center is not to far from this hotel so this is the hotel that sherwin accommodates their employee with. At first I was skeptical about staying. Being that neither of us have ever stayed at a crowne plaza but this is hands down has the friendliest and welcoming staff at any hotel I have been too! The rooms are very big! Some are still a little out dated but they are still very clean and very well kept! They also have new “work” rooms that are newly renovated and they are flipping amazing! The equinox bar and grill downstairs is pretty delicious! And they have a breakfast buffet!

WE checked into our room walked in to the room,&was blown away!!!! walked to the living room flat screen on the wall,charging stations & plugs everywhere!!huge couch with a cleopatra ottoman attached !!!coffee maker WITH SEVERAL BAGS OF coffee!
A Separate Bedroom & BATHROOM,THE SHOWER WAS BEAUTIFUL!
THE STAFF WAS SO AWESOME!!! THE LAST SMILING FACE WE SAW WAS MICHAEL'S
