I was here eleven nights. Simple, nice, cheap accommodation. Great cuisine, friendly and helpful staff. 100 meters to the beach. Possible to rent bicycle, motorbike or scooter. I Really recommend!!!!!

Cupid was one of the few places open during the preseason. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is also excellent. The rooms however are very basic and the whole building could do with a upgrade especially the linen and towels.

We had booked to stay 3 nights but ended up checking out after the first night as our room and bathroom were disgusting and dirty. Location was great and staff were relatively friendly, but unfortunately nothing could make up for the unhygienic feeling of the entire place. We were also only given a tiny padlock (that barely locked) to close the door to our room, and it did not feel safe at all! Would not recommend - there are so many nicer and better value for money places in Agonda. We are budget travellers who are used to dirt and staying in accommodation much cheaper than this, but we would not recommend one bit.

We are regulars here and are very grateful that they haven't closed their doors and wrapped the building up in blue tarps like everyone else in Agonda! The menu is limited but we are very happy to eat whatever they decide to cook for us. Very tasty food, good Indian music & cold beer.

Our friends made a reservation online for us. It turned out we had to cancel because we had other plans, but they would not refund our reservation + room fees. We paid for 5 nights, didn't stay there, and they refused to give us our money back. This is a terrible business practice, and we are still working on getting our money back. What kind of hotel doesn't refund your money when you need to cancel!?! It's absurd!
My friend said she took a shower in the bathroom, and the water was salty.
This is NOT such a romantic Cupid's Heaven after all!
