Stayed 1 night at the Cutty Sark houseboat. Habibai and Rashid are amazing hosts. They take care of every small requirement that their guests may have. However the houseboat is little old in comparison of other club mahindra houseboat tieups and needs improvement. Located at Ghat No 13 with amazing views. Linens and utensils used are clean. The room on first floor is good but little warmer therefore AC usage is required in summer. Bathrooms are also clean. The nehru park and floating market are also nearby. Overall the stay was good, but the boat needs renovation and therefore comparatively not as good as other club mahindra houseboats. Although to some extent it is set off by amazing hospitality of Habibai and Rashid..

We liked the place. The owner was great and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, but the toilet was a bit old. It was clean otherwise. It has all the things that you need but the food was not great. Overall it was a good experience.

Well this was the first time I went and stayed in a boathouse. Plople discouraged me to stay there because it is smelly and dingy. Well I must say it was a very nice experience. Mr Habib was extra caring. First I thought he is pretending but over the next two days he was very sweet. Though the facilities in the boat house are not upto the mark, like you have to tell tell them in the morning whatever you want. No random orders because the guy has to oar the shikara 100 metres and then get it. Omar the shikara guy and Habib bhai were very good. Bathrooms were a little dingy but the stay was good. Loved the walnut wood interiors. They had an air con also but they charge extra for it.

Staying in the houseboat is a must have experience, The beautiful architecture of the houseboat, spacious rooms, view from the boat, nice dining experience. There is a compromise on the variety of food, but all the other stuff covered up for this. Overall a nice experience.

We had two rooms , which meant full houseboat was at our disposal. It was very well maintained and care taker was available almost 24*7 . It gets chilly in night. Since shikaras move till late night therefore vibration and noise disturbance happen. It is advisable to switch off lights while changing/ taking bath.
Tasty dinner was brought and served properly, though breakfast was just butter /jam toast. Deluxe rooms/ Map arrangement surprisingly does not include bottled water , that has to be paid.
