This hotel was a great place to stay just outside Assisi but within easy walking distance of the town. Highlights included a fantastic swimming pool, great food, quiet rooms, and friendly, happy guests.

Location is good to visit Assisi. Simple rooms with good A/C. Nice breakfast and a nice pool. Really great family restaurant with excellent local cuisine. The pool and restaurant is a big plus to a family visit.

Good service. Basic and clean room. The beds were a bit too hard for our backs, though.Great view down to the plains. Half board served with ok dinner. Breakfast could have some variety but otherwise ok as well. Pool is large enough and area is clean and nice with a panoramic view. Situated only a walk away from Assisi center on a quiet hillside. All this comes with affordable price.

Due to a diverted flight we arrived after midnight at this hotel. On our arrival we were greeted warmly by a member of staff. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was plentiful, and the views over the valley from the restaurant were wonderful. Overall, we had a very pleasant overnight stop in this well run hotel.

The hotel is a reasonable 2 star hotel located about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Assisi walls, there is also a bus stop just outside the hotel drive. The location is beautiful with lovely views and has a large restaurant attached with a good selection of dishes. The rooms are comfortable, clean and basic. There is a good car park.
