Please book the hotel, In case if you wish to spoil the trip and then pay for it.By any standard, it’s a bad choice to stay at this place. Stinking cottage. Rooms, god alone knows. Bathroom bad smell. Cleaning the room is unheard off. The staff speaks and treats you as if they have done favour by allowing you to stay there. The only plus point is location/proximity. It’s on sea shore road. Never recommend!

Da Bay Inn is a good place to stay for a family as well for honeymoon couples.
Nice food and sea view are good from here. Very near to Chatham Sawmill and Haddo harbor. Also service is really good. Only thing is ,it's out of the town near about 8 Km.

There were roaches the size of my hand, both in our room and in the lobby. When we talked to the staff they denied it. Once we showed them, they just laughed and shrugged it off. We learned later (on check out) that they were closing place for a week to fumigate. Hmmm... How interesting!! Te restaurant was mediocre at best. We have them laundry, which they said would be ready in 2 days. We asked for it, and they said it wouldn't be ready until the day after (check out) given it came from afar. We asked for it on check out. They didn't even know what laundry to speak of!! They finally found someone who knew about it- found it- and it came back dirty. Not done. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!

A very average hotel. Situation is good on Seashore road. The rooms are clean but run down. Have not been painted in a long time. Our room did not a handle , just a long screw and unless the latched eould not close.The sheets are clean but threadbare . Bathrooms are clean but badly planned. Sufficient hot water and functional air conditioning.
No tea or coffee arrangement in room.

The hotel is on the Sea Shore road,facing the sea with no access to any beach.
Unfortunately the area in front of the hotel is used as a parking lot for trucks.
The maintenance and upkeep of the hotel is poor. Our door has a long screw in place of a handle and the in many rooms the glass in the fixed windows is cracked.
Bathrooms and the rooms are adequately clean. Standard rooms are small. No tea of coffee facilities in the standard rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available only from 6AM to 10 PM and only in the reception. If you are lucky you may catch it in the rooms over the reception hall.
Rooms on the first floor may be disturbed at 5AM by the water tanker
Breakfast is not extensive but is good. The buffet dinner is value for money.
Staff is courteous.
Its a good budget hotel.
