Stuffily warm room for sleep with good facilities but breakfast service and quality were basic
Teruceon 09/11/2015 15:36The room was clean and spacious enough for family stay. At night, I found the fixed in-room temperature too high and I could not get to sleep without opening the balcony door by about 2 feet for the whole night. The facilities in the room were good with a main bed-sit with 2 twin beds and a side room for sleeping on its warmed floor in the Korean way if the guest party is more than 3 persons. The breakfast service and quality were basic and the coffee machine caused the most trouble in that the switches only had Korean signs. This is a typical language barrier sign that is not uncommon throughout Korea, a growing nation relying more and more heavily on foreign tourists. Waitresses were eager to help diners out on seeing diners gettign stuck with the coffee machine.

Amelia Kon 21/01/2015 09:00Its my very first time in west jeonbuk province about an hour and a half drive if you have a local friend. Since its winter season there nothing much to see outside since misty and foggy, However the room that their provide is clean , big , a small kitchen , 2 rooms (one with 2 single bed and one sleep on the floor ) a complimentary cookie is given. Overall its good
Nice location with beautiful sunsets
Kai Aon 21/11/2013 07:52When i visited this resort this year we enjoyed our time and the nice water park. This resort is recommendable for large families with a lots of noisy children. For normal couples which want to relax, is this resort definitely the wrong choice. During the daytime is the noise level high due to hundreds of playing and screaming children :):). The rooms are spacey and clean with modern style furniture's and accessories. This resort have several restaurants with different cuisine and the food quality is OK, but they are all very pricey. Around the hotel are some restaurants in walking distance. The famous beach in front of the hotel looks good but cannot be used for swimming because the water is due to the mod quite dirty.
Rock Hard Bed ..Need a ladder to get into the shower

The bed is ROCK hard...harder than any Chinese Bed that I have slept in . I got no sleep here !The wooden floor was probably softer than this bed .
The shower has no stall .It is part of a round bathtub that demands a entry that requires you lifting your feet
at least 24 inches off the ground . It is almost an impossible feat for a senior to safely get into this tub .
There is no safety bar or slip mat provided .It is a real safety hazard to use this bathtub .
There is no shower pole to hold the shower head it is just a hand held wand .
It was a huge room with a waste of space .
The A/C does not work properly ,,you will freeze .I turned it off and left the balcony door open ..but teh mosquitoes started to gain entry ..that ended that adventure .
There is no wifi in the room ..it is available in the lobby .
My room overlooked the pool so no view of the countryside .
Breakfast buffet was just OK ..nothing special . If I had to pay for it I would not do so as there is not ebough to choose from .
Would not stay here if I was on my own .

LazyTravel_79on 30/06/2012 16:10There are two type accommodations in this resort. One is condo type with kitchen, another is hotel type without kitchen. I stayed at hotel type room which is generally cleaner than condo type because cooking is not allowed. Hotel type room was huge enough to accommodate four persons. My room has two bathroom and water basin for washing fruit or tea cup. Though there were not many things to see near this resort, my stay was pleasant and comfortable.
