Plus:
Got a room with nice view of whole of Haeundae beach (because motel is located at the end of it). Nothing else much appealing about this motel, but it did provide a decent stay (mainly for sleeping). Floors are nicely heated using traditional oondol system.
Minus:
The motel has no elevator and is quite far from the beach and most restaurants. It is actually more of a motel than hotel. Amenities inside the room still says "Dalmaji Motel". The breakfast is in a very small corner at the lobby (not a restaurant) and bread and coffee is self served. You might want to factor in other breakfast options for your trip planning if intending to stay here. Bathroom doesn't come with shower curtain or screen so after shower whole floor including the wash basin and toilet area is wet. Quite annoying.

The hotel is nice and has an old sense to it - which is great. The bed is comfortable and the room is a reasonable size. It was clean and there is nothing to complain about. They supplied us with free drinks in the fridge and they were refilled each day. Good stay which my wife and I enjoyed.
An plus point of this hotel - the staff speak some English. You'll know what i mean by this if you have traveled korea/after you have. Someone who speak English is like finding a needle in a haystack.
It takes 10 mins to the nearest metro station. The walk between the hotel and the metro is easy. The walk consists of many cafes that you can stop in for a good coffee :)

This is a quirky small property only one block to the Haeundae beachfront, from where one can walk to the (mostly) expensive restaurants as well as to the wonderful food alley in the Haeundae Market (don't miss this). I had a million-dollar view from my bedroom for a very reasonable price. The room was large and quaintly furnished with mismatched, shabby pieces. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was adequate but very small with no separate shower cubicle. The room was on the 4th floor (no elevator) so bear that in mind if steps are a problem for you. The air-conditioning unit was rather noisy but worked OK. The WIFI was intermittently non-functional in my room but seemed to work on the main level of the hotel. Despite a request for a non-smoking room, the room equipment included an ashtray and matches! Based on my experience on this trip, truly non-smoking rooms seem to be rare in the small hotels of Korea. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel (as it is just toast and egg) but went to a small restaurant a few doors down on the same street for a traditional fish soup breakfast which was a fun and authentic experience.

This small hotel has a good location close to Haeundae beach and many restaurants. It's easily accessible from Gimhae airport both by the limousine bus and the subway. The small and old-fashioned, but practical rooms include free drinks, noodle soup and good wi-fi. Breakfast means only coffee/tea, toasts and eggs. Staff was friendly, but hardly spoke any English. Even if it's clean, the rooms seriously need renovation.

This well-located hotel seriously needs renovation even if it's clean. It's close to the beach and easily accessible from the airport both by the limousine bus and the subway. Staff was polite, but hardly spoke English.
