We went to Busan for two days and we stayed here. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious but the air-con is not easy to manage the winds. In the bath room, there is a bath tub but with out a shower curtain so the bath room will be wet if you are careless.
To be true, the hotel location is not near the main public transports. It takes 10-minute-walk to the nearest subway station and about 15-minute-walk to the bus stop to Busan station. However, I am still satisfied with the location because it only takes 2 minutes to the Gwangalli beach. I like the beach so much. There are cafes, restaurants and bars along the seaside. There is a convenient store at the 1/F of the hotel and also a 7-11 store near the hotel for about 3-minute-walk.

We spent five nights at deluxe ocean view room. We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and had great views to the bridge and its lightshow. Welcome beers and complimentary water bottles were nice. Good wifi. Room were clean but outdated. Needs at least some styling soon.
Vietnamese restaurant and little shop inside the hotel. Beach and many restaurants and bars very close. It takes ten minutes to walk there from metro.

The hotel is near-ish Gwangali beach, the subway station, and a bus stop, so in that sense, the hotel's location is good.
Room was clean and spacious enough for three people.
Breakfast not included, but I wish it were because of the hotel price.
When we checked in, the staff at the reception desk, a male one, seemed nice and accommodating. Me and my companions decided to try out our Korean language skills, and thankfully, the staff was patient enough even if our language skills really sucked.
However, when the staff changed mid-morning, the female staff who replaced him was not as nice. Would have been nice if she were as patient as the previous male staff in communicating to us, despite our not-so-good Korean language skills. Asked her about a tourist spot I wanted to go to, and I couldn't get a straight, polite answer. I had better luck with finding stuff about it through the internet.

I visited this hotel on Feb 23. Everything was clean and towels, shower robes, washing tools were prepared.
Especially, I was really impressed by staff's serive. When I was checking in, I asked medical centre opening at that time(it was night so usual medical treats were not possible). The reception staff looked for hospital very hardly even if I went up my room after saying it's enough. Finally she found the one so I could get proper treat. Also, I just asked whether they have hot water bottle or not. Although the hotel did not have the bottle, she made it by rapping.
I really appreciated her service and totally satisfied!

This is a very comfortable and very affordable hotel, just a small block away from one of Busan's spectacular beaches (why don't more people know about Busan! It's a stunning city, with mountains, sea, bridges and views around every corner). If you pay a little extra, you get a view of that beach and the bridge. We didn't, but our city view was still very pleasant. The room was spotless, the beds hard (the way I like them) and the bathroom modern and clean. All you have to get used to is the lack of a shower curtain. The staff battle a bit with English, but they will do anything to help you. All in all, highly recommended.
