Stayed 17/11/17. One night. Adult couple.
Location to tube is a big bonus of this hotel. We visited the imperial war Museum, which is literally a 2 minutes walk away and a free attraction.
Rooms a little dated and very limited lighting, but we had a view of the shard from our window, which you don’t always get in budget London hotels.
Great shower and bathroom lovely. Beds are soft but ok for a short stay.
Staff quick and polite on check in : out.
Didn’t have breakfast.
Rooms clean.
For a budget hotel in London it is great, would recommend and stay again.

Only stayed for one night clean and presentable room . A couple of minutes from a tube station and ten minutes walk to Westminster. Bed was a bit lumpy and the lbby smelt of cooking but wouldn't put me off staying again.

I stayed there in November 2017. When I arrived in my room the first thing I noticed was how cold it was. There was a small electric heater in the room and it was turned off. I turned it up to the max, but the room only warmed up by the time I checked out the next day. I am not normally a cold person -- quite the opposite, but there I had to use 2 duvets to stay warm overnight. The WiFi in my room was not working, and the sink was blocked and there were no maintenance staff on site. The reception staff were very friendly and apologetic. though

Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Good location and rooms were of a good size and very clean. Ideal location for walking into the centre of London and underground within minutes of walking. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Felt pleased to be offered 2 quid off the cooked breakfast which was a bit of an eye watering 9,95. on arrival. Would have been a bit miffed to pay the full price when booking online,
The breakfast room was really cramped and busy with people getting in each others way. There was no room to sit so we took our food on a tray into an adjoining lounge which was no big deal.
The food however was pretty mediocre by any standards. Insipid looking tasteless sausages and bacon resembling old card board. I did manage to find an odd baked bean in amongst the bean juice. If they had offered us a free breakfast the next day I genuinely wouldn't have had it - it really was that bad.
Staff pleasant. Room nice and clean and a good location.
