No way! Don't stay!
danieledeion 19/11/2017 06:10Horrible check-in : no personality, no interest on welcoming a gay couple.
The guy said they gave away our double-bedded room and had just two-single for us. Had to point strait to the Booking.com reservation and insist for being given a double room, that in fact was available.
Unfortunately the room had no towels, the heater was opened with its filters around thefloor, windows facing straight to the highway, no chairs at all.
This was our 11th night after visiting 9 national parks on Far-west, we had plenty of nice small Motels and Hotels to be satisfied and give no grant to this place.
Definitely because of the noisy location I would not recommend this place at all.

ankeyabon 16/11/2017 14:59There was only one issue I had with the room. The showerhead in the bathroom needs to be replaced. The water came out with so much force, it was painful and uncomfortable to shower.

Bad experience!
J3172DWamandaeon 15/11/2017 18:23Someone tried to break into my car during the night and ruined its door! The car was in their parking lot, it was my birthday and it just ruined my weekend! When I went to talk to someone in the hotel about it, she didn't seem to care and she asked if I was going to talk to the police. When I said I was in a rush and needed to leave so I wouldn't talk to the police, she seemed relieved!! I guess it would be bad for the business needing to deal with the police to solve one of the guests problems!
There was blood on the bed sheet and the bath towel has something very dirty on it, I didn't even touch it!
Have stayed here many times over the last 6 yrs
S81_13on 14/11/2017 20:24Perfect as a base. Good size rooms and beds. Clean with shower. Some rooms have a balcony or ground floor rooms open on to a small patio. Hotel surrounds the pool & jacuzi. Lovely palm trees around the pool. Basic breakfast, toast, cereal & great coffee. Friendly staff. Also a bar and games room at the back of the property. Good location with easy access to the Freeway.
