Booked the hotel for 2 nights, ended up staying for only 1 night. There was mold on the ceiling, holes in the “comforter”, and wallpaper peeled off the walls. The only hanger we had in our room was broken. Went to the front desk to get more and they didn’t give us any. The tv was so low you couldn’t watch it while laying in bed.

I can't believe this place is associated with Wyndham. It is the pits. We were late arriving but kept calling to let them know we were coming. They gave our confirmed room to someone else and gave us what must be the worst room in the place. When we walked in the place had a very unpleasant odor, the carpet was old, worn and dirty. The lady at the desk was rude and would not stop talking long enough to hear what we were trying to say. We called Wyndham to file a complaint but had to resolve it with the hotel. A roach came out of the microwave oven the next morning while we were showing management why we were so displeased. They did give us another room the next morning that was comfortable and what we were originally confirmed (a king bed). It was more comfortable and cleaner than the first room.

I left my wife down the street shopping for lamps so that I could check in and have a place to rest our tired feet. I walked up to the front office and couldn't see anyone. Suddenly, a young lady pop up while in her seat. She had her feet up on a desk and her head declined. Apparently, she was asleep at 4PM. She was startled. As she apologized and proceeded to register me, I noticed that the condition of the office was extremely poor. A tiny AC window had been installed with some sort of white material to fill in the gap on the left side. I got the key and inform her that I wanted to preview the room as she informed that it was one of the best ones. First, as she confirmed, there is no elevator or no handicapped accessibility to the third floor where my assigned was located. Second, there was a horribly musty smell as in mold all throughout the stairway and hallway.. Third, I had to push and pull on the door to get it to open. Fourth, the room had very foul odors. Fifth, the mattress were worn included on that had looked like in had a permanent imprint of someone's body from wear.
Now, I booked this room for these reasons, I have stayed in other Days Inn numerous times and found them to be clean and a good value. The Days Inn name seemed good enough reason to book it, so through booking.com I did. Second, the location of it was and is conveniently to where I was shopping. After, 2.5 hrs of driving I knew we would rest, sotp a meal, and to sleep.
Since there no way my wife and I could even walk into a place like that, we had to search and find a more suitable place to stay. So there in my room I sat, tired and as I was, emailed booking.com and asked in good faith due to excruciating circumstances to issue me a refund. The next day they wrote back and reiterated their policy to not issue refunds.
My last question is, "what say you Days Inn should do in this situation for a lifetime customer? I say they should continue to ensure that in every single facility they own, their high standards are upheld so people like or you know that when you book a Days Inn you can be sure that you made, without any worries or doubts, the right one. Personally, since that was not true in case, I should be entitled to a refund without question so I and the readers of this review can remain confident that they can assume when they book Days Inn, the made the right choice don't end up leaving and going elsewhere like we did.

Phones in the room is all static, Wi-fi didn't connect. Floors are creaky. Carpet is super old, looks stained.

The evening supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional on 3 separate occasions regarding a customer service issue. They also made fraudulent charges and were unwilling to resolve the matter. The supervisor interrupts and talks/yells over you to deflect from the fraudulence at this establishment. Beware of their practices here. I’ve never dealt with this substandard level of unethical business practice before. Absolutely unacceptable.
