After driving to Minnesota from Philadelphia for a seminar and being screwed over and treated badly by a Marriott that somehow ran out of rooms in the few minutes time it took me to drive their after I confirmed there were available rooms online.
In the parking lot I used Booking.com to book a room at this hotel, which actually was much closer to the seminar location and away from the Marriott with their pretentious staff.
When I arrived the staff couldn't have been nicer. They explained that there had just been a change in the hotel management and they were in the process of doing some improvements and rennovations. It was about that time that I looked through a glass barrior next to the front desk and saw a pool in the shape of a Shamrock! I knew then that I was in the right place. The pool is heated and is a great refreshing way to relax after a long day of driving.
The breafast was great. They just got a new machine that spits out 2 pancakes in 2 minutes at the press of a button. They also had eggs, yogurt, cold cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, bagels, and many other things. The staff would bring out newspapers to read and we're constantly attentive and restocking the food and clearing trash.
I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very reasonable and the pool and breakfast are hard to beat. The friendly and accommodating staff were amazing. They also have 2 complementary shuttle vans that can take you to the Airport, Mall, bars or restaurants if you did not want to drive, walk, or have a vehicle.

I love that I can check in at anytime. and I love that it has a laundry room and I can wash at anytime. every employee I have spoken too is every polite and nice. always willing to help out as much as can. this is my number one hotel. I love it!!!

The stay and staff was great. My car got hit in the middle of the night and the property has no cameras on the outside of their building. Survalliance is needed.

I needed a room quickly and had no problems when I checked in. Staff made the whole check-in process easy enough.

I stayed here just four days after new owners took over, and Clarissa (whom I met at the front desk) was already jumping into fix-up mode. This property is currently fairly depressing - stained rugs, perfunctory decorating, no real personality. I expect that to change shortly as the new team takes over.
