Stayed her 3 times now every time I stay the room is large very clean the staff are always very per-light welcoming and nothing is true much trouble a very nice place to stay and will say there anytime

Stayed 2 nights at Days Inn M62 Brighouse West Yorkshire... Staff Excellent, Room clean and tidy, problem was only 3 hours sleep night one due to the mattress springs popping up all over mattress, we had to place 4 pillows over the offending springs to even lay on the bed.. Night 2 = informed staff of our problem, they resolved the immediate problem by giving us an additional duvet cover which we folded in half and placed it over the mattress cover, this did help, and we manager to sleep for 6 hours, the receptionist apologised and stated this was not our usual way of treating our customers and said she would report it to management as a matter of urgency, would we stay again, probably would, but we would certainly check out the bed, as stated staff on duty were very helpful.

I have been to this hotel previously but on this occasion it was quite disappointing because the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the shower was less than expected, no water pressure and not hot enough.

I stayed here with my partner who booked the room,and for the price of the room I thought it was well worth it. The rooms were of a good standard and I found them very clean, I didn't have any issues with anything, you could tell the rooms had been cleaned as they smelt lovely. I will be a returning customer from now on.

Arrived on the services carpark and booked in. Then the fun started.
The receptionist couldn't find the key for the room - searched for about 5 mins, then decided to use the master key, as I was wanting to get off.
Went to room - master key didn't work!!
Receptionist left me for '2 mins', said she was getting cleaners keys and would be back.
over 5 mins later she arrives - no kidding, with a bag full of keys. About the 15th fit the door.
Was instructed the door would lock behind me on leaving and she would have the key found by then. I noticed a musky smell and then started to look around. It was minging.
The taps were filthy, black on the tiles, bits of grit/dirt on the dressing table top, filthy broken hair dryer - THEN - I pulled the sheet back (no duvet on) and ran my hand over the sheet - it was all gritty!! (see photos)
Had enough - went down to tell her that we weren't staying in the room. Obviously, the door had locked behind me, so we went back up to the room with the soddin' bag of keys.
Eventually getting into the room - she looked around, said she wouldn't stay in there either. She said they only had 1 room left and it was the executive suite, so I said, 'that will do'.
The executive suite, was probably on a par to the most basic room in most hotels and I did see grime, but it was still better and I just didn't have time to mess around. Have taken photos, but can't see where to upload them.
