We stopped on a trip from the East Coast for an overnight stay. After checking online reviews, we stopped in, the front desk clerk was friendly, efficient and willingly to accept online rate we found. We especially loved no carpet, nice laminate flooring thru the halls and rooms- felt much cleaner than carpet. Nice breakfast with a large seating area and continuously restocked. Again, clean. Will consider this our stopover for any future trips.

Stayed in Brockville with my two sons and husband for a hockey tournament checked out after first night. Called ahead to make arrangements to be on main floor since no elevator and require a wheelchair. Staff very rude on the phone. Couldn’t even enter the lobby without attempting multiple entry ways. Breakfast was less than desirable and rooms and dinning room was old and unkept. Beds were uncomfortable and bathroom tub would not drain water. Would not stay there again.

Location is excellent in terms of highway access. Price was very good for two adults and two little ones for one night. Though we appreciated the look of the room with the new updated laminate flooring the cleanliness of the floors was not acceptable. We have a 4yr old and a 1yr old. My oldest's stocks that she wore for only 3 1/2 hrs in the room without shoes were black. They were disgusting. I threw them out as I couldn't be bothered going through the motions of stain removal and soaking. My 1yr old has just become comfortable with walking, he was barefoot. I lifted his feet and they were also a shade of grey/black. What is more concerning is that being so young he was also crawling and playing with his toys on the floor. There was a breakfast included that is about as good as you can expect for those type of included breakfasts. Overall it was ok but specifically looking at the cleanliness it was not great.

This was a good visit. The only thing I would suggest is that the internet is stronger in the room. Had to walk around the room to get connection.

Location just off Highway 401 in Brockville is easy to access. Reliable service, great breakfast thrown in and all at a really good price.
