Good overnight stay
Steve Mon 20/11/2017 23:15The check inn process was slow but the staff was friendly. The room was clean but the ice maker was broken. Stayed one night for a cost of $79.00 or so. We would stay again but they need to fix that ice maker.

Jon Fon 06/11/2017 05:26The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. Furnishings were nice, staff was friendly. There were convenience stores and fast food within walking distance. Laundry facility on-site. Will definitely stay here again!

Cheap is as Cheap Does
Robert Lon 30/10/2017 22:53We recently had to have some work done on our vehicle at Camping World which required two days of work. We only have one vehicle so we needed to get a room nearby and reasonably priced. We booked a Handicap accessible room at Days Inn Byron which is a hotel relatively close to Camping World. Check-in time was at 2 pm. We arrived early that morning to Camping World and our vehicle was taken off to be worked on. We called Days Inn and explained our situation and requested if we could check in early. Staff was helpful by saying there were occupants in that room and were in the process of checking out. Staff took my name and verified the phone number and stated as soon as the room was vacant they would have room service clean it up and call when the room was ready. Staff called back before noon saying the room was ready for us. Staff was polite, courteous and willing to help in any way they could which goes a long way these days. The room was clean, at least clean as far as hotel rooms go. There was some deficiencies with the room but nothing from keeping someone getting a good nights sleep. The price was right for a one night stay and like they say you get what you pay for. I will keep them in mind the next time we need to spend the night in Byron. like I said Customer Service was a A+ which is hard to find these days and if there were issues that needed to be done they were there to handle it. Internet for us was non existent. Cable was fine for TV. A gas station with store was right next door. BBQ place with good food was a short walk for the Hotel. Location was near I-75. They also provided free Breakfast which in our book is win-win. Keep in mind this hotel is small key and the breakfast was not a elaborate but still provided the basics to start the day.
