Was a good place to stay staff was very helpful in meeting our needs. Breakfast had a good variety and went later than most so there was no hurry in the morning. We liked that you needed your card to operate elevator and the stair entrance so no unexpected people on your floor.

The price was right and it was functional as a place to sleep. The room was big. The AC / Heater was quieter than most. I knew a guy that worked at a Westin and they made the staff stay in a room once a year. I do not think this place does that. For example, to use the shower (no tub) you had to have the glass door closed to work the faucet. So you had to stand in front of the shower while you adjusted the temperature (and waited for it to heat up.). There was a tile seat in the shower? The shower head did not move at all so you had to get the spray. The coffee maker was not the right one for the packs they had. The water ran mostly around the pack so the coffee ended up being very weak. The breakfast was continental with a waffle maker so better than some but not great. Lots of seating in the breakfast area. No sauna or hot tub. So okay for the price..

This Days in on 16 ave in Montgomery, Calgary is just below the Foothills hospital. We have now stayed there 3 times for medical reasons. Our first stay we were told with a requisition or email for our medical appointment/procedure we were given a further discount. This is wonderful. My only property I stay in Calgary now. Location gets you 5 mins to Sarcee or Stoney, or east to downtown, Crowchild etc.

Stayed here the night before running a trail race in central Calgary. Although it was a Friday night, which others have mentioned can be noisy, we had no problems at all and slept very soundly. Overall we were pleased with our experience - comfortable bed, very clean facility throughout, pleasant check-in experience at the front desk, good wifi. Good value for what we paid.

People running through the halls until 3am. A debate club walking the halls and socializing in the hall outside of our room. People running and the walls shaking. Disgusting dirty carpets. Hair in the tub
