Completely unprofessional, room heat was broken was not offered another room or extra blankets, breakfast was not provided, hair leftover in bathroom, when first checking in was given wrong room number twice while the hotel key card did not work after several trips back to the front desk.

I flew down from Florida on Friday evening and went to check in.I got my room number,went upstairs to room 230 and it did not have any heat and microwave did not work and it was freezing outside but I was too tired at this point from flying in, so I just went to bed and in the morning I asked to switch rooms. They switched me rooms to a room downstairs where this room did not have any heat either so then I went back to the office and ask for extra blankets or to be switched again and I was told there was no rooms,that they were full and they didn't have any extra blankets either.I stayed in the office for about an hour going back and forth with the staff about calling the manager and they said they could not,that she was gone for the night. So after standing there for about an hour and giving her hell she then gave me a room key to an empty room and told me to go check the blankets or see what it was looking like in there. This room was empty and clean but she said they werw full and sold out. She also turned a couple away and said they were sold out, which they weren't. The heat was working in this room she had me check, so I moved all my stuff over from the other room and my friend helped me and I took the key back to the lady from the old room with no heat and I told her that we switched over, that this room had heat. The staff were just overall not caring and very rude and the next morning bugged me about 5 times at the door to check out when I was in my towel getting myself read to check out. Will never stay here again.

Carpet hadn't been swept in I don't know how long. I am a Wyndham Gold member and when asked for a lat check out... the cleark grimmised and said "well maybe 30 min." The breakfast was AWFUL!!! Bread, apples, oatmeal and 2 cereal choices. No yogurt, muffins,bagles. ect.. AND one of the milk Pitchers was sour! Wyndham should be embarassed to call this place on of their own. wHAT A WASTE OF MY REWARD POINTS!

The room was roach infested! Went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and was told that I would have to wait until after 8 am to get some! The house keeper tried to enter the room while we where sleeping even though the do not disturb sign was on the door!
