The location is close to several points of interest and is right off the I-17. My room was a basic queen and did not include a refrigerator, but was clean and everything was in good working order. The breakfast provided was good and the lady working in the dining room kept everything well stocked and clean.

Beds were so hard, we had to sleep on top of the pillows. When I told the manager he didn't believe me because the beds in our room were new and supposed to be the "soft" model. Room was noisy. I thought it was because we were next to the elevator, but it was because there was a 1" gap under the door. I placed towels at the door to reduce the hall noise. Coffee and conditioner in room were missing. The breakfast was great!

We only stayed one night on our way to Phoenix. Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and the suite we stayed in was very nice. I was expecting 2 queen beds and a sofa bed in one room but we actually had 2 queen beds in one room and one bed in the "living room" which was very nice since we were traveling with my daughter and 2 grandsons. They could have their own room! Breakfast was good. They gave us coupons to the Out of Africa wildlife park. Only issue was it is located right off the highway but our GPS took us 10 miles the opposite direction with the address. So make sure you put in "Days Inn" instead of address. We arrived after dark so never saw it . But otherwise it was a wonderful stay and highly recommend them.

We were in town for a softball tournament, Checked in later in the evening, Desk associate had everything ready to go, so check in was quick and easy. She was very efficient!! Rooms were clean, beds comfortable!!

Hotel was in a great location. Was offered a refund when I overheard that a guest was getting a better price than I did
