981mariananon 16/11/2017 17:50I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and updated from what I understand. The breakfast was continental. IF you want bacon, eggs, and so forth. Farnessi's is right next door. You don't have many options when it comes to food in this little town. Over all everything was good with the stay. We did have a lot of noise throughout the night with others staying in the hotel.
Okay for a night or two
Melanie141974on 30/10/2017 15:48Stayed here for a couples of nights in October. It was okay. The room was big, the beds were big and comfortable enough. Bathroom fine. What was an issue was the incessant noise from the freeway which kept me awake for much of the nice, that and the stench of pot which was seeping through the doors (we had an adjoining room with a couple of potheads judging by the smell of it). House keeping struggled with English language (not a problem cos I speak Spanish). Chowchilla is a bit of a dump. Not a great deal there to see or do. Nothing, in fact.
Not a good feeling
989sergiooon 27/10/2017 18:47I have been staying at this location for 5 yrs. When I arrived, my reservation was cancelled, after they had call me and I told them I was on the road. Room service kept waking me up at 9am. My card was charged twice, first time it has happened. Front desk denied it, even though I played my bank transaction, and could not give me an answer. They said computer was down. Got a call later, they said I was a new system, and because of the card I used. Needless to say I was almost stranded because of this. Got my money back two days later. Not sure I want to stay there again.
Need Improvement
cheronnpon 24/10/2017 18:51The water in the room wasn't hot. I needed to make copies for work and I had to email documents to the front desk clerk because they do not have access to a printer for their guest.
Don't stay here
Wes Kon 21/09/2017 17:00Terrible. Rudest front desk staff. Dirty room. It should have come with a fly swatter. Motel 6 without any of the pleasant features. I wouldn't go back on a dare. The "breakfast" is toast. I stayed one night but they charged my card for two. This place is just the worst. As I fled, I saw that the nearby Holiday Inn Express was the better choice.
