stayed in the courtyard rooms which are located out side of the actual hotel. read reviews saw alot of complaints that rooms were outside however when you reserve the word courtyard is always used. the rooms were clean and very close to clifton hill. they were outdated in comparison to higher end places. we got a very good deal with casino chips. however be careful when you use that voucher as my husband lost all his chips because he wasnt sure how to use it so check with customer service at the casino as to how to use the voucher. also applebys is closed in this fall and winter.

It is OK what I expected pretty better than all bad reviews. Room is pretty clean and has fresh air. I stayed one night/ one king size bed with big bath tub, during my daughter’s attending BD party/water park close by. Breakfast is no longer available, Wifi almost none or slow, dinning table in the room but no chairs, but location is good and quiet.

We checked into our room early in the afternoon just to drop off our luggage and then went to the casino. We arrived back into our room after midnight and realized that we had no heat. Then on top of everything else the toilet was refilling itself every 15 minutes. Being so late in the evening we did not contact the front desk and slept in our clothes because of the cold. We contacted the front desk in the morning and the poor desk clerk offered us an apology but because we booked on groupon could not help us with the bill.

Quiet, attractive, comfortable room. Recommend taking the upgrade to the tower for a nicer room.

Place is very dated - needs a LOT of upgrading - drains clog and fill the sink - have a shower and expect to be ankle deep by the time you are done - not impressed - wont be back.
