Was a good value for the price. Pool was nice. Breakfast was more than expected which was nice.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way back to Colorado following a long road trip. It was just the two of us responsible adults with no children or pets. Our stay was fine, what you'd expect for accommodations at a Days Inn. Desk staff were all pleasant, etc. About a week after we arrived home, we noted a $100 "Cleaning Charge" on our credit card account for this Days Inn. When my husband called them to explain this surprise charge, the clerk answered without taking time to do any research that a customer entering the room TWO days later (!) smelled urine on the bedspread. We were floored! The staff person told my husband they were charging us for this because "they didn't' know what happened while we occupied the room; maybe we had a pet or something." There were NO pets, children or anything else during our stay. If the room was in that condition after we left, it would have surely been noticed by the cleaning staff. We are contesting the charge through our credit card company. There is no way we incurred this "damage" to the room and we expect Days Inn to rescind the charge. It is a ridiculous and arbritary thing for them to pin this on us. We intend to pursue this.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to our destination. Room was quiet and bed was good. A very nice sized room. Enjoyed the swimming pool. And breakfast had plenty of choices and was good.

It was all we hoped for: clean, comfortable, conveniently located, good breakfast, friendly, and a great price! And, yes, we recommend it and will stay here again.

The person at the desk recommended the brewery across the parking lot for dinner, great choice. Appreciated the bottles of water and the cookies after a long drive.
